The Welsh Government has asked People and Work (an independent charity) to evaluate the Autism Code of Practice and what difference it is making to Welsh autism services and people who use them. The Code is intended to improve and standardise assessment, diagnostic and support services for people with autism and their families. More information on the Autism Code of Practice can be found on the Welsh Government’s website.
The evaluators are talking to service providers but we also need to hear directly from the people using services about their experiences and their understanding of the Autism Code of Practice Code. You are invited to contribute to the evaluation through completing a questionnaire. Further information and a privacy notice are linked in the survey introduction so that you can see what will happen to your information. You will not be asked to provide your name or any contact details.
